My Bad.. Finally an update....

Sorry its been a while since I have posted. I have been a little busy. We have had a lot going on at our house, so here goes the updating!

Camping Trailer - Well we have been working hard to get it ready to go camping this next weekend with my dad. I have made curtains, replaced the handles on the cupboards, lined all the cabinets, and deep cleaned. I have to finish painting the inside and we have to climb back up on top of it and look to see where the little leak is, but other than that its almost ready to take camping! I am so excited! We wont be able to use the water this time, we have to get a pump for it and fix the water lines, but that is ok, dad has one we can use! I'll have to post pics of the trailer when I get finished with it!

Garden - We have been getting so much stuff from our garden and our friends have been giving us stuff out of their gardens also! Its is so awesome! I have bottled so much stuff, I would think I can call myself a little pro by now... lol! NOT! Anyways, I have canned green beans, pepper jelly (Mango, Strawberry, Raspberry, and Regular Pepper Jelly), Pickles (Dill and Sweet), Relish (Dill and Sweet), Strawberry Banana Jam, Peach Jam, and Banana Jam. Not to mention I have froze 21 gallon freezer bags full of corn too! Crazy huh?! Here is what my food storage downstairs looks like...

Kittens - They are getting big really fast. I can't believe they are already 3 weeks old. It is so crazy. I will be so ready to get rid of them in a couple of weeks though. I haven't been letting the mom outside because I need to get her fixed but cant til the babies are 8 weeks old. Oh well. Here are a few pics of them

Ashlynn - We are trying to get her potty trained. She has been doing really good. She has caught on when she needs to go and when she is ok. We have only had a few accidents and she has been doing really good. We even drove to St George with my dad this past weekend and she was dry the whole time! I am so proud of her. I am hoping that she will be totally potty trained by the time we go to Disneyland next month! She went home with my dad for a few days until we go up to go camping.

That's about all the updates I can think of as of now :)

Our New Project....

So we have a new project we have been working on. On Friday we went over to our friend Brenden's house and bought his old camping trailer. It is actually in pretty good shape for how old it is. I'm pretty sure everything works in it!! So we bought it for 200 bucks. So far we have painted almost half of it and you can tell it totally makes a difference!! I'm pretty excited to take it out to give it a try, although it wont be anything like my dad's castle of a trailer house. Oh well!! Its our first one and I am pretty happy with it! I forgot to get before pics but here are a few during pics. Ill post more when we are done!

The outside... I know I know. It needs work. We are going to paint it eventually. I thought about doing camo around the bottom and painting a moon on the door... you know cuz it looks like an outhouse door??!! I love it!

Inside, we painted the ugly wood white. It looks much better. That brown thing pulls up into a full bed that we will sleep on. Then folds down to a couch!

Door goes into the bathroom. This is the stove and sink and counter. I put those new tiles up because the old stuff was gross! I like it much better!

9. What would he eat everyday if he could? Mashed Potatoes

10. What is his favorite cereal? Don't know if he has one.. never eats them

11. What would he never wear? Pink or a dress... :)

12. What is his favorite sports team? Not sure if he has one, he likes to watch the Jazz

13. Who will he vote for? I believe he is a republican....

14. Who is his best friend? His brother Tommy

15. How many states has he lived in? 3 (UT, WY, AND CANADA)

16. Does he have any nervous habits? No just ADHD, has to do 3 things at once :)

17. What could he spend hours doing? FISHING.. he LOVES to fish!

18. He is: a hard worker, awesome father to Kody and Ashlynn, loves unconditionally, is my best friend. :)

Camping at Panguitch Lake

This weekend we all had 3 days off so we decided to head to Panguitch Lake with our friends and their kids to go camping. We had a blast, even though it rained on us every day. We ate yummy food, went fishing, and had some good time just relaxing with friends and family! It was so pretty up there too!! Thanks Rhett and Brandi for going with us!

When we got home and were unloading our truck, the cat showed up and we saw that she was all of a sudden skinny again... I knew she was pregnant so therefore she had to have had them. So Kody searched and searched and finally found them in the wood pile. Luckily all of them were alive this time... So now we have 6 baby kittens... need to find a home for 5 of them... if anyone wants one or knows of anyone who wants one, let me know! They are cute!! Plus Roxy is a really good mommy!

Biggest Loser #2...

Wish me luck... Our 'Biggest Loser #2" started off today. It is so hard to stick to a diet, but dang it... I need to do this!

We are starting out with low carb diet... its so hard cuz carbs are so yummy.. guess that's why I look the way I do.. haha!

Anyways, I have 3 months to kick everyone else's trash! Like I said... wish me luck!!
